On Thursday, March 2nd, Rudy Washington, 11-year old who started his own sock drive to help the homeless, visited our school for two assemblies. During the assembly, he stressed the importance of how to prevent bullying. His message was loud and clear ” Stop talking about the change when you can BE the change! What are you doing to make a difference!” We are supporting Rudy’s Sock Drive for the next two weeks our goal is to have each student donate one pair of new socks. Here is a link to his website for more information about Rudy: https://rudyssockdrive.org.
