Thank you for helping your child with his/her homework each night. As a reminder, your child has reading and spelling every night.  In addition, he/she has math and science homework.  Most of our Social Studies assignments are completed in class.

In Reading, continue to listen to your child read at least 30-40 minutes every night. Ask comprehension questions about the story.  I will send home additional

comprehension questions for you to use as well.

Another strategy is to look at the pictures and discuss what is going on in the scene.  Also, discuss what happens in the beginning, middle and end of each story.

Using the information I sent home, please have your child study multiplication facts from 0-12.  Also please study the geometry homework.
